B1 - Badgers 1st XI ( Youth Development Team)

2/ Please read Child Protection Policy on junior page - scroll down to read and the Fair Play Charter

3/ The fixtures Calendar 05:Fixtures is the offical pitch booking register. If you wish to add/amend/remove a game or time please contact Inder or Surjit.

4/ Your captain is responsible for organising and getting the requiste information for away games and providing details of home games to opposition teams. Therefore please ensure your team page has all the correct info- contact Inder if it needs updating.

5/ Photo's / Match Reports - will appear on the this page - please send a simple email about your match and any photos - inders007@gmail.com. We will also link any videos via utube. Details to follow.

12 June 08 - From: Inder, Subject: Summer Badgers League - Junior Hockey

SHC Badgers first inaugural game v Yatley took place on 10th June 2008 at Beaconsfield High School . The three player coaches, Inder Poonaji, Sukhdeep Panesar and Debi were full of praise for the young players, The Sunday Morning Training paid dividends as SHC Badgers won 2 -0. If you wish to join see Juniors section.

We have received the finalised schedule and cost for the Summers Badgers League.

The team will consist of 5 seniors (plus keeper) and remaining mixed Junior’s U15. It is therefore essential that you let me know of your availability. We should be able play 8 juniors per game.

14 Feb 08 - From: Scotty, Subject: Quiz night fundraiser Saturday 8th March 2008

Please can you pass on info to your teams, friends, club members, families, the world etc. of the Ladies' 1st XI quiz night fundraiser that we are holding at the club on Saturday 8th March. It will be our last fundraiser of the season and we hope to have an awesome night as well as raising some dosh for our European competitions. Once specific details are finalized I will forward the specifics and posters will be put up in the clubhouse.

We are all really grateful for the support from you all at the previous events and want to put on another good night before the season finishes. Thanks for your help!

Slough 3’s can boast the entrance of another superb youngster, Arron Thind. At the tender young age of 13 years Arron has burst onto the scene scoring his second hat-trick in consecutive weeks to help his team to an excellent win. Slough lead the MBBO Open Div 5 in style having gained promotion last year. Slough started the game in a very positive mood following the 10-1 demolition of Eastcote the previous week when again Arron had ripped apart the defence. cont.... (see match report)
